Starting Bliss

Establishing Bliss Building Design in 2019, my dream became a reality, and Bliss began.

I continue to work every day to strive in design excellence, to work outside the norm, and providing my clients with a design, and a home, above what they first envisioned. I have strong passion in stepping out of the ordinary, and creating unique homes designed for each of you. My goal is to give you what you didn't know you wanted, until you see.

The best advice I ever received, and it is something I take with me in each concept, "How many walls does a bedroom have? That answer is up to your imagination" - Ronald Pickford.

There is so much truth in simple question, and it makes you appreciate the extent of what you can achieve.

A bit about my Education

Having completed my schooling in Ballarat, I went on to study Building Design at Federation University. By halfway through my second year I gained my first job as a Building Designer in a small Ballarat Company. I remained working here until the completion of my course. During my final year, I was nominated and successful in winning "Apprentice of the Year" for the Ballarat region.

After three years, I successfully completed my studies, earning my

Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural).

Upon graduating and relocated to Melbourne, I gained a position with a boutique Williamstown based company, where I worked for over 6 years. During my fifth year here, I made the big step in starting my own company before fully stepping out on my own.

Formal Qualifications

Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural)

VBA - Registered Draftsperson (Architectural)

Certificate of Interior Design

A touch on Experience

Experience isn't taught in the classroom. All of my experience has been from working hard in the industry and learning from each project - there is always something new to learn.

Working in Melbourne - in high-end residential - has been the most valuable experience I have been able to carry into my own company.

To see the moment you capture what your client is trying to bring to life, is the moment of every project that means the most - a moment of bliss.
